Product Overview

The 6469N is a 12-volt high-torque gear-reduction starter of the Delco 27MT / 28MT family, with clockwise rotation, a 10-tooth pinion and a 2.9 kW output rating. It fits Chevrolet and GMC 6.2L and 6.5L diesel trucks from 1982 to 2002 - C/K 1500-3500 pickups, Blazer, Jimmy, Suburban, Yukon and Hummer H1. It replaces Delco 1113270, 1113296 and 1113589, and GM 10465014.

Built for cold-cranking diesel duty, each unit is remanufactured to OE dimensions with renewed brushes, bushings, solenoid contacts and seals, then bench-tested under load for rotation, pinion engagement and current draw. Backed by a 12-month warranty.
