Product Overview

The 5719N is a 12-volt PMDD outboard starter with counter-clockwise rotation and a 10-tooth pinion, for OMC Johnson / Evinrude V4 85-140 HP outboards from 1973 to 1998, including Evinrude E85-E140 models. It replaces OMC 385529 and 389954, Prestolite 46-2119 / MKW-4001, and United Technologies 0228940 / 2070240-M030SM.

Starters are remanufactured to OE dimensions, fitted with renewed brushes, bushings and seals, and bench-tested for rotation, engagement and current draw before packing. Corrosion-resistant finish for marine duty. Backed by a 12-month warranty.
